Once you've received a payment request, making a payment is both easy and has options for instalments to make the paying a breeze.
To complete your payment request, move through the following steps.
Step 1: Click the link in your SMS or continue to payment button in your email.
Step 2: Review your order detail and click 'Proceed to payment'
TIP - If anything seems wrong on the order details page, speak to the sender of the payment request. They can cancel the request and send you a new one to fix any issues.
Step 3: Choose if you'd like to pay everything now or pay of the amount in 4 instalments.
Step 4a: Full Payment (please proceed to step 4b for instalment payment)
To complete a full payment, Add your credit card details including your cards CVC and hit 'Pay now'
...and you're done.
Step 4b: Applying for an instalment plan
To apply for an instalment plan hit the toggle at the top of the screen and fill in your credit card details, as well as your phone number and email address. Then hit the 'Review payment plan' button.
Step 5: Add the Codes you've received In your email inbox and via SMS into the fields provided.
TIP - The codes can take up to 30 seconds to come through.
Step 6: Confirm or add additional information (only required for some payments)
Step 7: Review your payment plan, adjust your payment dates and first instalment amount and hit 'Submit payment plan'.
..and you're done. You'll receive an email with your payment dates and reminders when payments will be taken from your nominated card.
